All content published and made available on our Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and the artworks themselves, is the property of Creative Swim and/or its creators or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a physical artwork, you own the physical item, but the artist retains all copyrights and reproduction rights unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any content on the Site for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.
 
2. User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree not to:
  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Post or transmit any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing content.
  • Violate anyone else's intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • Use any data scraping or automated means to access, query, or otherwise collect information from the Site without our explicit permission.

  • Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Creative Swim will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products from the Site. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the State of WA and applicable federal law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Roslyn, WA or in the courts of Kittitas County.
