Shipping Information
All art prints are custom-made and handled with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for printing and packaging before your order is shipped.
- Domestic Shipping (US):
- Method: USPS Ground
- Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days after processing.
- Cost: No Charge for Shipping!
- International Shipping:
- Method: USPS International
- Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days after processing (varies by destination).
- Cost: No Charge for Shipping right now!
- Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Packaging: Prints are shipped in sturdy, flat mailers with cardboard reinforcement to prevent bending or damage during transit.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Return Window: If you are not entirely happy with your print, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, or similar sturdy packaging, to ensure it arrives safely.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Please email us at info@creativeswim.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions on how and where to send back your item.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable prints, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every print before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact Us Immediately: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@creativeswim.com.
- Provide Documentation: Include photographs of the damage to both the print and the original packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a free replacement or processing a full refund upon return of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom or personalized art prints are non-returnable unless defective.
